In a woodland near the waterway, bank lived a crane with his better half. They were exceptionally troubled. Each time the spouse laid eggs in their home, a big dark cobra who lived in a hollow in the tree would gobble them up. The crane had a friend the crab. He went to his friend and shared his hopelessness. "I feel so sad…That sneaking cheat has eaten our eggs once more," complained the crane indignantly.
“Don’t be to stress," said the crab consolingly. "You need not be sad when you have a companion like me. We will think of a solution."
The crab sat to think about a plan. All of a sudden he hopped up and hurried to the crane.
"Friend, I have a great plan," said the crab and whispered something into the crane's auto.
The crane flew back to his home and informed his better half all concerning the crab's plan. He was extremely energized.
"Are you certain this will work?" asked the spouse.
"I hope we are not committing an error. Reconsider before proceeding with the plan."
The crane was anxious to experiment with the plan. The crane flew down to the river bank and caught a few fish. He got a few little fish and went down to the gap in which a mongoose lived. He dropped a fish at the mouth of the gap. At that point, he took another fish and dropped it somewhat facilitate far from the first. Rehashing this, he made a trail of fishes prompting the tree where his home was.
The mongoose noticed the fish and left the hole. "Ok, a fish!" shouted the mongoose happily and rapidly gobbled it up. He at that point took after the trail of fish. As he neared the tree where the cranes and the snake lived, the trail finished. Finding no more fishes, he glanced around.
All of a sudden he came across the dark cobra at the foot of the tree. Seeing the mongoose, the cobra battled for his life. Both battled for quite a while and at last the mongoose slaughtered the snake. The cranes who were watching the battle from their home sighed with relief. After that, both the crane and his wife lived happily.
