Some time ago, there lived a kind and generous king. He was fond of flying creatures and animals and owned a vast zoo replete with countless birds and animals of all kinds. He issued an order in the country not to kill or hurt animals and birds. Even the king himself did not kill them for meat.
In regard of his liberality and graciousness towards animals and birds, a merchant gifted king two beautiful eagles made of gold. These 2 strange birds could fly and eat like real eagles. In spite of being of gold, these two birds had all the qualities of eagles. The king appointed a separate bird trainer to look after these eagles. The bird trainer dealt with the eagles with great care.
One day, the king wished to see the hawks fly as he had heard that one of those birds of prey could travel to extraordinary statures at rapid. The fowl mentor let one bird out of the walled in area. It flew high, rapidly, and came down to the walled in area inside minutes.
The lord was quite happy and rewarded the coach with a handful of gold coins. He enquired about the other bird. The fledgling mentor expressed with lament that the other bird of prey had not moved even a stage from the very beginning and had recently sat on the branch. The mentor likewise included that he had tried everything he could yet failed to influence the bird to move.
The ruler comforted him and disclosed to him that he would convey somebody more experienced than him to endeavor to prepare the other falcon.
Before long, the lord announced that he required somebody to train the eagle to move and fly.
Hearing this declaration, an old man reached the King's castle and guaranteed him that he would make the hawk fly like the other one. The king ordered the head coach to take the old man to the zoo to prepare the hawk.
A few days later, the king zoo and reached the old man. The king was astonished to see the other bird flying like the first to awesome statures in quick speed. The lord was happy to a great deal and rewarded the old man a bag of gold coins. At that point the king asked the old man what he had done to make the bird fly in a day. The old man answered,
"I simply chop down the branch of the tree where the bird of prey used to sit."
A significant number of us behave like this. We have wings to fly; we know how to fly, and where to fly. Still we sit doing nothing or accomplishing something that makes us sub-par compared to others.
Moral;
Try not to sit still when you have wings to fly!
